I got my second Pfizer shot yesterday. No real side effects with either, except a sore/tender arm for a couple days. Probably more sore today after installing a pendant light in my porch this morning, but I got err done ✅ and my house hasn't caught fire, at least yet. :)

I feel like the needle’s still in KU arm, but pretty sure that’s just in my head.

No other side effects, other than I’m wondering how the eff I just consented to that, and also turning red and growing pinchers.

Fortunately, the nurse who stuck me was a total babe, solid bod too, so I tried to focus on her rack as a distraction til it was over.
Again, gold

Well, doc didnt make me feel any better about the shot but is what it is i suppose. I say i dont want it, getting it anyway. He goes yea, i understand, i get the hesitancy ....these shots should help somebody though. I asked if he had his, he just kinda laughed and said, i dont have to answer that. Guessing its just his sense of humor.

Stop being a pu$$y and get your shots so my grandson can get back to in-person schooling.

It ain't all about you.

Currently doing my 15 minute waiting period, feeling tingling in the arm and hand, and a bit of a desire to move things to Azure

This is the general anthem of the Democratic Party. Bold sentence you typed there.

Different world in Oregon I guess. My shots were given by I'm assuming high school juniors. Maybe seniors.

Sounds like a butcher or deli slicer. Did you get it at a grocery store?

Pharmacist would make sense. I have had to defend cases of bad vaccine givers and when looking for experts, pretty much no doctors give vaxes anymore. But, that seems to be something particular to the States and perhaps even regional, why I was curious.

Of course, having some pharmacist friends, they may make you call them "doctor." ;)

I wouldn't be calling them anything, because I would block their number and report them to the AMA.

So, I probably don't have to ask what you think of chiropractors and PhD holders demanding they be referred to as Dr. Smith . . .

if you wanna call me “Dr.”, go for it

i actually prefer to be called by my first name, while my boss insists he be referred to as “Dr. ____”...even though we both have PhDs

i think part of it is generational (he’s in his 80s), but it’s really a personal thing. i don’t need the distinction just because i was good at school.

I think Dr. KU has a nice ring, but if you prefer, then have it your way, Tradition...
