It’s the same thing as indoor smoking and just as politicized. Did you have mixed feelings when your employer banned indoor smoking? Maybe you aren’t old enough to remember those days. Masks are, for all intents and purposes, for the protection of the other people occupying a confined space, same as a ban on indoor smoking. Remember it was liability based on running a workplace full of Occupational Health and Safety issues is what caused airlines and restaurants/bars to begin banning smoking. They are the ones who will lead here also
