I still go back to when Lebron whined about how playing power forward was just too “taxing” on that bigger, stronger, faster, 6’9” 250 pound vagina of his.

And he has never had to play through 1/10th of the punishment that Jordan did.

Plus....he cries a lot.

Lebron would've played soccer if he was born in the 60s/70s where he could've better utilized his flop skills. Big baby. Bigger, stronger, faster baby.

I’ll admit, I’ve slowly warmed on Lebron tho.

He’s so much more poised, and more assertive, than he was for much of his career.

He actually kinda grew into an alpha role.

"Bigger"? Meaning height and weight? Then I disagree. "Bigger" than most but not nearly everyone.
"Stronger"? Meaning pound for pound strength? Then I disagree. "Stronger" than many but not nearly everyone.
"Faster"? Meaning quickness and sprinting? Then I disagree. "Faster" than less than 50% of those who played in the 90s - and who are playing today.

Don't get me wrong, no doubt he's a big, strong, somewhat fast guy - and an incredible athlete - and probably one of the top 5 basketball players I have ever seen play.
I just wonder how much NBA Basketball you watched in the 90s.

The debate is strong because it seems so many quit watching NBA in the mid 2000s...because it sucked...and so many Only started watching NBA in the mid to late 2000s so the divide is emphasized.

Lebrons great. Hes not Jordan.

Interesting that is the only part of my post you felt the desire to respond to.

I purposely used the word probably instead of definitely. I could (should?) have said definitely but this is my personal opinion and I don't expect others to agree.
I happen to feel MJ, Kobe, Magic, are top 5 FOR ME.
Some other guys such as Hakeem, Kareem, Durant, Steph, Bird, AS WELL AS LEBRON could be in my top 5.

Yes to both questions.
I am happy for you or anyone else to tell me 5 players who you felt were better at ALL 3 of these things combined. Offense, Defense, Winning.

I can tell you 2 very easily: MJ & LeBron.

Really? "very easily"? LeBron?
I respectfully disagree.
I feel Kobe was a better defender than LeBron and was a bigger winner than LeBron.
Heck, he may have been a better offensive player too.

I HATED Kobe, but I'd still take him over LeBron.

I think Kobe might have been the better scorer, but Lebron is prob the more complete offensive player.

But here’s a fun one:

who you want taking the last shot?

That says more about you than it does Kobe.
