Right after they discovered that the auditors are blatantly miscounting votes:

Lobster said we'd "learn a lot" from this audit. What we're learning is that there is no method of cheating that the Republicans aren't willing to do if it gets them the power they seek.

Seems some republicans are not down with it. Even in Arizona.

Yes. We're learning that at least a full third of the country simply will not accept (unfavorable) results.

And the converse of that, and what we must be preparing for now, is that it's all projection. If they're willing to cheat to overturn a lost election after the fact, they're willing to cheat in the election to win in the first instance.

And when challenged on that (which now seems inevitable), you can bet they'll false-equivocate/both-sides the hell out of this.

We'll see if there are enough and what fate befalls any elected officials speak out against what is looking more and more like a fraudulent audit.

Can we call it a "fraudit"?

The more the R's become trumpublicans the more they drag the country down the batshit crazy lobster hole.

The "rabbit hole" is no longer nuts enough to describe the path these rubes are traveling.

The full response document: https://www.maricopa.gov/DocumentCenter ... ts-5172021

These auditors are either completely incompetent, are actively attempting to commit fraud themselves or a combination of both.

Seems to be both, incompetent and fraud. Great combo. At some point, they're going to loose the incompetency.

Probably more than a 1/3.

Hell, how many were on the "not my president" train during 2016-2020?

Now, i don't recall any "this election was stolen" stuff after Clinton lost, but plenty of refusal to accept results.

You can tell the media is really getting worried about it. If it really was a "joke", they would just ignore it. Perhaps that's why they are releasing all these other stories (like the Kurt Cobain FBI docs) as a distraction. I can't say for sure the Trump won the other states, but if you follow historical trends and probabilities, it's about 99% certain that Trump did not lose Arizona. Michigan? Maybe. Obama lost Arizona twice, and I'm supposed to believe Biden won it?

Okay, you explain to me how Obama, a much more likable and intelligent candidate, ended up losing in Arizona twice, yet somehow this old guy with dementia somehow gains the enthusiasm of Arizonans? :D

Wow, this is a brilliant bit of deductive reasoning.

You know what I love most about you Wally? Your uncanny ability to take a complex situation and break it down into a factless common sense argument that even a simpleton like myself can understand.

If I am being intellectually honest, there is no difference between Obama and Biden. When I see them in photographs I even mistake one for the other, they are like identical twins.

And if I am being intellectually honest, there is no difference between 2008 and 2020. It’s like time stood still, nothing has changed, anywhere, for 12 years.

And if I am being intellectually honest, neither of them was running against a historically unpopular incumbent who had just turned the worst public health crisis of our lifetime into a political litmus test to divide our country.

I mean let’s get serious here; there is no way Biden could have won with all things being absolutely positively equal.

Now can you explain to me how progressive collapse of a structure is not possible again? Wait, no; save it for the Solstice afterparty. That will be better with beer.
