I'm constantly reminded of how this message board does not reflect the opinions of the population at large. Can't think of anyone I know irl who doesn't like, or at worst is indifferent toward, pumpkin pie.

We got a bunch of people here who weirdly flex on not liking sweets...I'm giving 99 a pass on this one, he at least recognizes it's uncommon and his aversion to sweets has caveats. But most everyone I know enjoys a dessert or occasional sweet treat.

Everyone shits on every single chain restaurant that is ever brought up saying they'd NEVER eat there, yet when I go to a Chili's on a Wednesday evening there's a 20 minute wait.

In most music threads people bring up obscure bands and hate on the Beatles and Rolling Stones, etc.

Do we get bonus points for being obscure? Is it just the loud minority posting over the silent majority? or are you mostly just a bunch of weirdos?

The document titled "Rules of Maintaining your Digital Persona" state that you have to be unique, not actually truthful, and can't like anything that someone else has already said they like.

Also, when a guy says he likes pumpkin pie "with whipped cream", seems like it really means "buried under mounds of the stuff so I don't have to taste the pumpkin pie".

I will eat an apple slice and cheese off a platter but I tend to wait until either or is fully chewed and swallowed before eating the other

Not a fan of the cheese and apple at the same time.

I do like cheesecake though.
