He would be transferred to Protective Custody directly from intake.
PC is basically exactly the same as Solitary.

He could petition to remain in PC for a while, but he eventually will be dumped into General Population. He would find himself protected by Aryans...hated by blacks.

As profiled as he is, he actually would be pretty safe. If someone of color found themselves with a clear opportunity, he will get stuck. Most likely by a guy trying to jump in, earn a spur.
