most of the good people that i know that are not yet vaccinated, are those that have had the fungus. therefore no need to rush.

Spare me the "live and let live" stuff here. You can't make someone get a shot, but you sure as shit can "look down your nose" at idiots who decline the shots just because. Or just as an expression of their personal politics.

Those people are idiots, and they're idiots who are making the problem worse.

I know several vaccinated people who have gotten it even after being fully vaccinated.

Vaccinated people aren't dying and aren't usually getting seriously ill if they somehow get covid after being fully vaccinated, right?

So I respect people's right to have a choice, and don't think it's something they deserve to be vilified for.

I got the vaccine. Even i was a little nervous. I got sick as fuck from both shots for about 24hrs each time. I understand why people may be hesitant or simply not want it at all because the majority of people who contract covid do not get seriously ill or die.

Just heard on the news that 86% of Democrats have been vaccinated in comparison to 45% of Republicans…

I mean, this is not surprising at all. But it’s sad this has ended up being political.

Which, of course, does nothing but deepen the divide.

Are those for numbers of polled people? I think i know the answer.

Because i don't remember specifying my political affiliation when i was vaccinated...

All you have to do is look at a US map and see where the largest amount of unvaxed people reside. Trump states.

if we are being honest about it, it's the republicans carrying the vaccination rates in the blue states. and the democrats dragging on the vaccination rates in the red states.
