Not so funny thing is I didn't know if she was having a medical issue or not so I actually asked her if she was ok. She gave me a simple thumbs up so I walked away.

I took a photograph of her to show to my two buddies that were in the store with me and I assumed missed seeing her. One of the better stores in Chicago to go to people watch being that you get people from all walks of life and a lot of tourists.
I posted it on here because this thread is titled "Totally random thread" and to me, it is/was a "totally random" photo and something I witnessed.
If that seems weird to you, so be it. Duly noted.
