$15/hr in Ousdahls area means you're going to be sharing a bedroom with beaverfever.

I rarely eat breakfast. Maybe 15 times a year.

I think a biscuits and gravy food truck could do well in the right city...but I agree that you'd do most of your business during 6 to 11 AM kinda hours.

Now if you could instead just center around the biscuit, and offer biscuits and gravy, but also a selection of biscuit sandwiches, ( so throw in eggs, cheese, bacon etc ) now that could extend all day.

And then imagine if you offered tots. You're golden.

I love breakfast. Eggs, HBs, B&Gs and all of the early morning pork products.
I try not to eat too much of that stuff though.

French-style eggs are amazing though. Where you whisk constantly while it cooks so none of the egg is overcooked. Probably wouldn't work with a food truck though, too labor intensive.

I love breakfast.

Didn’t always. Never really ate it until a few years ago, but then realized the perks of consuming a bunch of calories early in the day to keep you going without getting hangry.

That, and I love Sharky’s diner.

Chicken fried steak is a go-to: that, with home fries eggs and toast. Or the “Eisenhower:” pancakes or French toast, with home fries, eggs, and your choice of bacon sausage or ham. And about 8 cups of coffee. Yum!

Their grab and go breakfast burritos are solid too, I do those like once a week.

Eggs, home fries, sausage, cheese, all smothered in pork green chili and wrapped up in a tortilla, okay I’m hungry again.

And to think the only thing around the office is some leftover portions of donut someone left in the break room!

…or, hey, try my B&G food truck!

we’ll be operating out front until we earn enough dough for a new set of tires.

and has anyone seen my employee 99?

I advertise weed breaks as a perk, and next thing you know, he spends the whole damn morning in the ladies room with hawklin.

Give em and inch and they toke a mile!

I love chicken fried steak....but u dont think of that as a breakfast food. I always get it with mashed taters and green beans or corn and a biscuit. I guess i eat it as more of a dinner

(and most other dishes as well)

but i’m a huge fan of mexican cuisine, so quite biased

My daughter lived in Denver for a while. Her appt building shared a parking lot with Pete's Kitchen. I had their breakfast burrito with gyro meat covered with chile verde and served with hash browns. Super good and way more than I could eat. Worth being in Dever

Oh god damn that looks good.

I used to live right by there too!

But I used to go more to Denver Biscuit Company, which is its own level of delish.

I recommend the Franklin - fried chicken, bacon, cheddar, smothered in gravy.

^^^^^spot on. So delish, but a guilty, guilty pleasure.
Please, I implore you to be reasonable...
