I’m among the population who thinks cilantro kinda tastes like soap.

I don’t mind it tho, and even like it in guac. But also don’t care for it enough to bother much with it.

Coriander is even worse. Good way to ruin a beer

There are several newer taco joints in Lawrence. I'm especially fond of the places with simple street tacos. The best. That said, I do like making me some gringo style tacos at home. That's the hard corn, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, perhaps some other stuff variety.
