I'm biased and would take Garrett with a 50s pick but he had the opportunity to do what he was billed to do and didnt do much.

(i think this was CnB’s point)
I am not trying to shoot the messenger, but there are several lotto picks in that list, lol.

With Garrett, again, I don't expect this to happen at all, but what if he just weirdly starts making all of his 3's? Unlike Frank Mason only being like 5'11", that is something that can change.
ugh..guess i shoulda flipped through the whole link

Maybe he is. But that kid died. I am sure his family greatly appreciates Cal showing love. Post felt genuine to me. It can't be easy to lose a player. Especially in a car accident freak event.

Truthfully the more i begin to dislike K the less sleazy Cal seems. Cal is more or less just a product of the environment that has surrouded college basketball most of his career.

I like Cal a whole hell of a lot more than guys like K, Scott Drew, Bruce Pearl, etc.

Well the post was about a player who would have been drafted so it fit the thread....

But i was definitely 🎣🎣🎣 to see if people hated Cal so much that they wouldn't be able to stand a thoughtful post about a kid who died...

It's crazy. I am kyblueblood, gutter, and jdavis...am i forgetting anyone else?

Apparently i am the most dedicated sock in the game?

Of course KU matched up in the tourney against a team with a player who goes Top 3 in the NBA Draft.

If orlando gets out of here with Suggs and Kispert they will be the winners of the draft...may even get someone a little better than Kispert. But i do like him a shooting specialist.

So, the Raptors would have worked out both Suggs and Barnes, I assume. Raptors will also have a big hole at PG given Lowry is likely to be traded.

Wonder what they saw.

Makes you wonder. I still think Suggs is the best player in the draft. I mean they have VanVleet, but that's not a reason to shy away from Suggs.

Might be a case where people get enamored with size/length in a guy like Scottie Barnes? Athletic upside doesn't always translate to basketball upside though. But he's a nice prospect for sure. Time will tell. But i was surprised too.

Maybe their trade with Lowry is further along than we know about and that pick ends up being for someone else?

I don't think Suggs is best player in the draft but he's close and it is because the top of the draft is really good. I think he has Derrick Rose potential, so that's obviously MVP good.

But, I did think Suggs was often a dirty player, so I will wildly speculate maybe there is something there mentally.

Really? Never noticed and hadn't heard anything about it, but that's definitely something to keep an eye on.

The Golden State Warriors select "A non-ready high-upside long talent to serve as trade bait for Bradley Beal."
