I watched the Chinese women (debatable that all on the team are really women) lose (loose?) to the Serbian women (less debatable that all on the team are really women) in Basketball.
The Chinese women's team was considered to be one of the top 10 women's teams in the world.
The way they played in the first quarter, I could have found 4 homeless guys on the street to play with me and we probably could/would have led after the first quarter.
I am confident the USA women's team would be leading me and those same 4 guys by 20 points at the end of the first quarter if they wanted to.
So my question is..... Why are international women not on par with international men in regards to closing the gap between them and the USA teams?

Im not sure women’s basketball has taken off in other parts of the world as it has here. Is there anything close to the WNBA in Europe? If there is i have never heard of it.
