i have fond memories of it, for sure

but it’s an eye sore when compared to the other architecture on Jayhawk Blvd.

Back in the 80s there used to be this guy who only wore shorts no matter the temperature and was known as The Tan Man. We have people of various vintages here. How long was he around? My guess is that he should be in late 80s in age if he’s still alive.
