I used to go here sometimes as a kid.
There's also a pretty cool mammoth archaeological site nearby.

I think it is cool that allegedly the most haunted hotel in the US sits directly facing that creepy giant JeebusTraditionKU wrote: ↑Mon Aug 16, 2021 3:57 pm^^^^^

Eureka is one of my favorite places.
Been there dozens of times.
Wife and I were married there.

We used to go to Eureka almost every year. Stayed at the Bavarian Inn. One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was huge, bigger than our apartment. A great view of the 'zarks from the back of the room. Oversized king bed, fire place, wet bar, leaded glass windows and lace curtains. Heart shaped hot tub for two in the room.

I wonder why they don't show a black light photo.jhawks99 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 17, 2021 7:06 am We used to go to Eureka almost every year. Stayed at the Bavarian Inn. Would be interesting to see how well they clean it and the amount of the previous guest's jizz all over the walls.
P.S. When a hotel uses a $5-$10 bottle of piss in a photo to entice people to rent a room, ummmmm.......
I really don't know what to say other than I have to wonder what type of clientele they are going after.
Yes,
Re: Hot springs
That is a good place, one of the very few in AR. The Fay Jones designed, Thorncrown Chapel is also worth the drive down there. A pretty drive from Eureka.jhawks99 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 17, 2021 7:06 am We used to go to Eureka almost every year. Stayed at the Bavarian Inn. One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The art museum complex in Bentonville is worthy of a stop on a trip there as well.

But the Joyful Journey in CO is 420 friendly so there is that to consider.

Does look awesome. Should drive into that area and explore. Must resist the urge to head overseas for nearly every vacation and explore these here States (I’ve visited 43/50, will be 44 next week and 45 by Nov)
