Some is undoubtedly accurate. Some appear to be concerns that will happen regardless of what the US did. The Taliban was buying oil from Iran with their drug money prior to this. Now they can do it more out in the open. And China has been painting the US as a bad ally for decades. So has Russia, the Taliban, ISIS, etc... Did they not have pilots of their own? If not, why the fuck did they have planes and helicopters? A child born on the day the US invaded Afghanistan could have grown up and been trained to fly a helicopter by now. It's been 20 years for crying out loud. So I am not guiding that the Afghan military was not co.pletely to blame for finding themselves "effectively disabled" after losing the usage of US pilots. We can't do everything forever.
I can certainly understand why some people over there feel betrayed by the US and why they feel that we should have stayed over there indefinitely. I am sure we pumped pumped lot of sunshine up a lot of asses to try to convince them that we were some sort of welcome guest. None of that means that we should have stayed.

I can introduce you to my friend Max. He has spent years embedded with refugees working for international aid organizations trying to make a difference in their lives and helping them reach safety. I can make an introduction if you like. He can probably help you figure out how to get some skin in the game and make a difference over there.
Remember that time we found out that a lot of the data on schools in Afghanistan wasn't real? There were ghost school and ghost teachers and ghost students. But the money we sent them was real.

because they sold the threat....and too many people made too much money....and for the most part its been a money making machine while staying off the media radar for 20 years. Its not like it was in the media all that often despite the resources required to sustain the "effort"
