I mean, didn't he make it into the 30s in ours..?

30th.
And that's with Mahomes going in the 1st overall and Illy reaching for Carson.

No kidding. I ran to the board for both that pick and the Ekeler pick as they were both players that I considered taking with my previous picks.

I think I ended up with the least risky top 6 in our league. Everyone else has at least one player that has some questions.

I am just glad that football and basketball seasons are almost here so I can better avoid the poli board.

Did i reach for him? I was driving and my wife was trying to read names and projections off...what other RBs were still available?

I almost missed my first pick because i didn't expect everyone to go so quickly LOL.

If I already had Chubb, i'd rather have had the Tyreek Hill, AJ Brown, Justin Jefferson WR trio.
Nasty.

You got James Robinson and Gus Edwards with your next picks.

I had a two-QB league draft last night (well, there's one flex spot where QBs are eligible), and my friend somehow ended up with...one quarterback...being Justin Fields...who isn't even presently a starter.

Kind of this guy to donate $100.

2 QB leagues are the dumbest thing ever.

I think it's stupid, but it's fun.

Never tried one. I just heard about one I hadn't heard of before where you have no dedicated TE spot and instead just have 2 Flex spots.

TE is purely to throw chaos into the system.

I liked the 3 WR slots we did this year, especially with how brutal the RB market was. Not very many stud RB1s this year as more teams go to RB by committee and use more specialized backs.

Sounds like Ravens RB Gus Edwards might have torn his ACL at practice today so I just picked up his back up Ty'Son Williams off of waivers. Awesome to score an starting RB off waivers before Week 1.

Quick. .5 PPR

Deandre Swift or Leonard Fournette?

Fournette plays in 2 hours. Swift battled a groin injury but is seemingly healthy and ready to go.

Like Fournette in Red Zone. But Swift better overall option.

I would go swift because TB is going to light the cowboys up. I like brady and any of their receivers for daily fantasy tonight.

I expect the bucs to sort of pace their way with Fournettes usage during the regular season. He's definitely a guy they'll lean on come playoff time a lot when games are closer and in theory should "slow down" (although in recent history with some of the explosive offenses i am sure that doesn't hold true).

The Bucs have three RBs that will play and contribute so I don't like any of them for Fantasy. Swift will get the Lions share (sorry, couldn't resist) of the carries in Detroit.

If Swift is going to play, you start Swift.
