The correct thing to say is, "oh, yea, it could be a risk, but I don't think much of one, because I think Texas will maintain at least a reasonable level of competitive football -- i don't think they'll hover around .400 ball."

This still acknowledges the risk that you asked about but presents your stance on what you expect the successes of Texas will be.

And again, i just don't agree that losing another game or 2 a season will decrease their support.

I also don't think winning is their top priority. Money is.

But several.

Loosing another 2 games a season would put them around where I said would hurt them, which is .400 ball.

5-7 year after year rather than 7-5, 8-4 would decrease their support.
