Yes, it was. It was on the first fumble. CEH went low on a guy blocking for the Chargers defender who was returning a fumble and they tacked 15 yards on to the end of the return. I think it is a relatively new rule change.

He was lined up to do that and the dude ran over him. He is small and has to get leverage. It was a silly call because he was defending. If you can't crouch on defense that sucks
