COVID-19 - On the Ground
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
I see Republicans wear masks all the time.
I also see Dems pull their mask up for pictures and then pull it right back down around their chin.

How many Dems refuse to answer whether they’re vaxxed?
or compare vaccines to concentration camps?

Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
And LOL @ fucking it up for everybody. You can get covid multiple times. You can get covid after being vaccinated. You can spread covid after being vaccinated.
The people refusing the vaccine certainly aren't helping, but they're far from solely to blame.

You can get in a car accident while driving safely. I guess we can't blame wreckless drivers or drunk drivers for causing accidents?BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 8:14 am And LOL @ fucking it up for everybody. When you look at regulations both in the US and the rest of the world, vaccination rate is clearly the stat that is doing the most to move us out of the pandemic.
Not to mention it saves lives and trazillions of dollars.

What republicans have refused to admit publicly they're vaccinated?
Everyone from Trump to Hannity have publicly admitted they're vaccinated.
I know a couple of months ago there was a "push" in the House for Republicans to NOT divulge their vaccine status.
Like i said, Hannity Tucker and loads of other Republicans are on TV every single day admitting they're vaccinated. I've never felt being vaccinated was a "loser" move for Republicans, only that a vaccine mandate for covid specifically was a "loser" move for Republicans.
Why would and should anyone be ashamed/embarrassed to admit they were vaccinated?
As far as Hannity and Carlson, two questions. 1) What Republican political office do they hold? 2) When did Carlson say he was vaccinated?
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
why do i have to declare publicly my vaxx status. why does anybody have to declare publicly their vaxx status.
why did lebron james have to hold a press conference yesterday to declare publicly his vaxx status.

We can and should (and do) blame wreckless drivers and drunk drivers for causing accidents....but we can't blame them for ALL accidents and we can't blame them for driving being an activity that carries risk.PhDhawk wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 8:45 amYou can get in a car accident while driving safely. You don't have to declare publicly your vax status - but why wouldn't you?
I don't feel anyone should have to publicly declare their vax status - but why wouldn't they want to?
As far as your LeBron question - A) He didn't hold a press conference to declare his vax status and B) I assume you must not be aware of the current "rules" and "mandates" for NBA players and the cities they play in. Is that a safe assumption?

Serious questions. Numerous times? Really? Would you give me $1000 if I could prove he hasn't "numerous times"?BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 9:29 amI don't watch much Tucker but i have seen him reference that he is vaccinated numerous times on his show.NotGutterGutter wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 8:52 amRight or wrong, I feel the main objective of their push was to be assholes. i watched lb's press conference. my take away was he did not want to get the vaxx. he got it because he had to. which is fine. but i did not get the feeling he would have gotten the shot if his employer did not force him to.
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
Actually this is verifiably false. Kaiser Family Foundation released a study yesterday which showed that nationally the adult vaccination rate is around 72% and the rates for whites, blacks and Hispanics were within a percent of each other. However the partisan split is starker. Dems are 90% while Reps are 58%.BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 8:13 amIt's not though.
You do realize black and hispanic communites, who largely vote Dem, have low vaccination rates, right?
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
