Maybe the Chiefs win, maybe they don’t but that one call changed the entire game. Plain and simple.

2-3.
Jobbed by officials in 2 losses.
Starting RB maybe out for a while.
Best defensive lineman out - and playing out of position.
2nd best CB out.

Wasted your 1st round pick on a useless dlineman then overpaid him so that he could carry uzis in california. Wasted your 2nd round pick on a guy who runs fast when there was a guy who runs fast and is tall and good at football available.

We're better than what we're showing but we sure ain't winning on the road against the Bills or the Chargers or the Ravens in the playoffs.

Seems almost preordained. Both teams benefited by terrible calls at key moments. Brady seems to be the one guy that always has nothing to worry about

No.
Something is wrong with mahomes.
He's human going up against good defenses?
Yea I don't know. He blew a snap. Unforced error.

It's likely not the vaccine. Unlikely is > 0%.

Sure did.
And it's happened twice this season.

Mahomes being a new dad with tons of business distractions not optimal. But you sense they are trying to make Herbert the second coming of Brady.

There's no conspiracy.
Just officials doing poor jobs in the moment.
And our defense being a wide open gaping hole for everything. And us just turning the ball over.

Perfect storm of fail.

15, isn’t playing well but he has set the bar so high for himself that it is impossible to keep up. The fact is the NFL is driving the narrative to keep Lamar, Allen and now Herbet relevant. No one wants to see 15 dominating every QB in and out. That’s the facts.

Almost every key call has gone the other way this since the first half of the SB. I said the Chiefs couldn't afford to fumble away winnable games. But I feel like I did after the forward progress game. Not sure what you can do. The defense has been bad. But turnovers makes them look worse.

I mean, the officials blew the 4th and 9 call that gave Herbert the win in Arrowhead, but I don't think the NFL is in the officials ears saying, "so let's get Herbert some calls so he can beat Mahomes and be relevant."

I'm sure the NFL wants lots of good quarterbacks but I don't think there's some underlying manipulation with the officiating. And we lost to Balty pretty fair and square imo.

A lot to unpack here but I am in no way suggesting the refs have it in for the Chiefs. Right now, simply put the Chiefs aren’t very good. The best thing you can say is didn’t we all but bury Brady and the Bucs last year but yet some how they got hot. I can’t imagine how a team with a top 5 QB, TE and WR can’t make a run. Will that happen? Right now it looks unlikely but stranger things have happened.

I think mostly they are purposely contrarian when it comes to the Chiefs. Basically they level the game because Mahomes is so good. Maybe they are not even conscious of their shittiness.

I will add that tonights officiating crew was led by Carl Cheffers - who officiated in the Super Bowl ( i.e. Chiefs 11 penalties, 120 yards, and a phantom Ward PI that negated an interception ).

One thing is for sure, Buffalo played two deep safeties, held at the line of scrimmage, and played pretty solid run defense. Reid better find a way to get Gordon involved. And Sorenson out. The Chiefs had the hardest schedule I can remember this year and ot really doesn't get much easier.

He needs to go. Hope someone is looking at him pretty hard for sanctions.

I just think sometimes officials make awful game changing calls.
Like players make awful game changing plays.
Unfortunately, we've been on the end of two of those game changing calls this season.
And were on the end of one or two of them at the very end of last.

Everyone has and will for the near for see able play that two deep look. They will dare you to put together 14 play drives and not make a mistake. Against the bottom half of the league that typically works but against the top tier that doesn’t.
I’m fully convinced that Reid is making all of the personnel decisions but Veach should also take a lot of the blame for his repeated misses on draft picks and FA signings. Creed and Bolton look good but everyone else has been strike out after strike out.

How fitting the only fucking QB hit Clark gets he gets a RTP. Surprised he didn’t injure his hamstring as well.
