Umm yeah... Sort of like Trump not being qualified to be President even though he's held the job for about 2 years. I'm not talking shit just curious if the guy is capable, since he's now in charge of a lot.

Keane, like Mattis, is a patriot and a realist. Because he's a realist, he'll say no.
