He wants big government controlling private businesses and who they can and can't fire.
Big government is the problem in all of this. Im baffled by your attempted comment
Maybe you should tell Abbott to back off and let businesses make their own rules.
Abbott is doing the right thing. He is pro vaccine, is vaccinated, and continually repeats that he encourages people to get vaccinated. All he is doing is not allowing businesses to force people to get a medical treatment they most likely dont need. I agree 100 percent with that. A lot of business are trying vaccine mandates just piggy backing on Biden and his dipshit line of thinking. being politically correct. so Abbott is keeping big government at bay, standing up for the citizens.

Abbott's bullshit with abortion on the other hand. I'll give you that. I wish government would stay the fuck out of the abortion debate.

But i do have mixed feelings on businesses being able to make their own rules in regards to mandating vaccines. this particular vaccine mandate is just too political. a lot of people in this country disagree with it. a lot. and then you have to factor vaccinated people still contract and transmit it. so when i hear companies are only testing the unvaccinated or only masking them I find that ignorant and discriminatory. so far the business that have been implimenting vaccine mandates have had very poor results. They are losing lots of good people for no reason at all. then we see all this shortages in staffing, production, etc. and we are left with situations like hospitals being short staffed during a supposed pandemic, the southwest airlines situation where they were effectively shutdown, etc

that doesn't make him a magahead......that type of statement is divisive and does nothing to progress the discussion and serves only to perpetuate the idea that this is overly and unnecessarily political.

"Don't agree with me? (insert political and derogatory statement here)"
