I am confident you probably have no clue who his attorneys are nor who the prosecutors are.
To give you an idea, you basically have Harden and Westbrook going up against Kris Dunn and Adam Mokoka.
I'm also confident you DO know how the legal system works.
Knowing both things, you should realize there is a VERY strong chance he's NOT going to prison for a long time.

I'd say, 99% chance he doesn't have any major charges. He's got one of the best attorneys in the country, and Illinois has already stated there will be no charges. He might even sue the media when this is over.

The whole “rioters, looters, arsonists” seems even more loaded than “victims,” but the funny thing about it is, there’s nothing to suggest Rittenhouse knew any of the dudes he shot participated in any looting or arson.

The judge apparently has a history of not allowing the term “victims” tho, so at least he’s following precedent I guess.

Last month th judge also barred evidence linking Rittenhouse with the Proud Boys.

And apparently there’s infrared footage from an FBI aircraft that indicates Rittenhouse was the one to initially start following around the first guy he shot, not the other way around as the defense is arguing.
