Radishes
Re: Radishes
In between highly underrated and worthless.
Re: Radishes
I like them with salt.
They're too overpowering to go in stuff, so it pretty much means you eat them on their own.

Just Ledoux it
Re: Radishes
They're served with butter and sea salt in some fancy French restaurants. I've had 'em that way, to me the butter doesn't do anything for them.
Broham
Re: Radishes
They’re like carrots, except spicy instead of sweet. I dig the crunch.
My go-to rabbit food salad is a couple sliced radishes, some cucumber, and some power greens. With a little vinegary dressing.
Also good on tacos, or chopped in a slaw.

Re: Radishes
Only on street tacos and little bit in a salad. Other than that, mostly worthless

I like them on salads.
Re: Radishes
Even then I treat them like an appetizer for the taco and eat them separately. On the taco they're overwhelming.
Street tacos have soft corn tortillas, the meat, onions, cilantro, hot sauce and that's it. Any extras just retract from the taco for me. (with al pastor, I count the pineapple as part of the meat)

Re: Radishes
I like them cut very thin in salads.
Pickled with tacos.
If I buy em to spice up a salad, sometimes i'll just grab one and crunch down on a whole one for a kick.
