I watched it as well, as I had opportunity. Working for a living interferes with the ability to sit and watch things all day.

The prosecutor's inability to put together a case within the bounds of legal propriety speaks volumes about the viability of a guilty verdict. The kid was stupid, but he did not set out to murder anyone. My guess is that he is a touch autistic, but, unlike our resident bored autismo, who is obsessed with numbers, sports memorabilia, and germs, Rittenhouse is obsessed with law enforcement and firearms. My question is, where was his mother when he was out getting an AK and driving himself to another town, much less one that is in full-on riot mode?

OTOH, the people who were shot and injured, were actively engaging in illegal activity specifically intended to harm, intimidate, and even kill other people. As the prophet says, when you sow the wind, you reap the whirlwind.

It's surreal to me when people such as yourself condone a 17 year old who took an AR-15 (that he himself said looks "cool") to PLAY the role of FAKE "certified EMT" to a "riot" zone - and because of it, multiple people are dead and he is on trial for homicide.

It truly is a basic concept that if he didn't bring the gun and pretend to be something he's not, none of this would have happened.
Therefore, I and many other people say - Fuck him!
