I don’t know if Leipold can turn this around, maybe no one could. Add in that CFB is in a weird spot right now with new rules that really make it tough on a program like KU.

But, given the circumstances on timing and how bad we’ve been, it’s looking like we did the absolute best we could get in the AD and head fb coach.

Well you have to give props to the Division 3 wizard. The OU and UT games were very cool. Look at that list of coaches and add Gill and one tragic hire after another.

As for your statement about the best we could do. Your wrong. Dead wrong. There was a young up and coming DC that interviewed. You would have to have vision but he would have been the difference maker. That young DC is coaching the best unit in college football. My guess is he will get hired by some other school this year. It looks like seven of his current players will be playing on Sunday next year. That is a huge difference maker in recruiting.

When I said this DC was ACES and we finally had a decent candidate you and the SUNSHINE boyzz told me no the wizard was the man. Cool and it's not hard to be better than the clowns he followed. Granted this is a good feeling winning on the road and beating TEXAS but we need some ballers. We are about a month away from early signing day. This recruiting class will determine the wizard's legacy.
