Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
I’ve pretty much ignored all the US’s takes on masking—i.e. started doing it in February 2020 when it was clear it was going to explode here.
It was dumb to tell people not to mask back then, and I recall people like Fauci and Obama saying it.

Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
i’d still like to know what statements Fauci, or any vaccinologist, epidemiologist, or expert in infectious diseases, made that propped up the vaccines to be anything more than they are…a tool (out of a handful) for limiting the severity of covid, both individually and in a societal level
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
the list of $#!t that they flung against the wall in hopes it would stick, is lengthy. and 21 months later, here we are.
i wonder why the good people are skeptical of the man.

you're the one with egg on your face.
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
People are in so many ways skeptical of the man cuz one key branch of leadership by the man actively undermined the man’s other branches.
Accepting established science and medicine was defied, as a matter of partisanship, in favor of kooky conspiracies.
We had the luck of shit hitting the fan under the watch of what was also likely the only administration in US history that would treat the pandemic not as a health emergency, but as a PR farce to try and cover up.
If only we coulda paid Covid some hush money to shut up as if it’s just another disgruntled mistress
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
today is november twenty second, two thousand twenty one. what administration is in charge?
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
Let's be honest: It really doesn't matter what I say in reply, you are going to be rude, dismissive, and insulting in response. I have better things to do with my time and energy.TraditionKU wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 11:02 amit’s your claim, fucknut

you call me a dick, i’ll return the favor, fucknut
it’s telling that you’ve got zero to substantiate your claim. trying to turn it back around and claim that i wouldn’t respect it is weak, and exactly the same sort of shit lobs used to pull. you’ve either got legit evidence to back your claim, or you’re making shit up
not my fault you put your foot in your mouth
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
and?
biden tried, and continues to try, to get everyone vaccinated
biden tried, and continues to try, to get everyone to follow the guidance of health professionals
you wanna make this political?
trump 1) stripped away our ability to detect these sorts of things early, particularly in china; 2) trump expressly downplayed covid and silenced healthcare professionals in the first few months of this mess because he didn’t trust the american people; 3) other than (falsely) claiming that he was responsible for the vaccines, he’s largely been silent in pushing for their acceptance. trump has also adamantly been against masking, which along with social distancing, is the one thing in addition to vaccination that makes any sort of difference
instead, trump pushed ivermectin and uv light
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
keep fighting the good fight.
Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground

(258 million plus cases, 5 million plus deaths)
And counting.
Or did he only have to bear responsibility for cases in the U.S?

the old administration bears no responsibility for anything that happens after they left office.
