I got Martyball flashbacks watching that game last night. Which probably means at some point in the playoffs the Patriots are going to need their QB to make a play to win a game and he's not going to be able to do it. Famous last words, I know, but still.

it’s not a dumbass take

i can still have much respect due their coaching/playing abilities and “they” can still be GOATs

but cheating is cheating
Your exact words were "hella tainted".

You definitely don't want to go to Foxboro.
Pats renowned for not getting a single penalty called there.

Literally the only thing that makes me nervous about going to Foxboro this year is the very-reliable "defensive pass interference as offensive strategy" thing.

Guy has been good - good enough to win ROY.
But 'folks' up here have him as a top 10 QB in the league, right now.
So you're telling me, that if you could replace Mac on the Pats, that you'd only do so with 9 other QBs in the league?

Yes sir.
You can already see the flag on 3rd and 9 being thrown on Ward.
And then CnB and twocoach saying it was a good call.

Well, that, and the Pats nasty defense and their ability to take away teams strengths.

Justin Herbert benefited already.

Bill, last year had his worst season because he had some key opt outs due to COVID and had bad QB play. This year Kraft opened up the check book, they got guys back and found a game managing QB.

They are the best team in the AFC right now, without a doubt.

I know that would be the last place I would want to go. Run the football and play great defense. That kind of game plan carries even though, at least for right now Mahomes is playing his best football on the road.

I think the Chiefs ceiling is much higher.
Our defense is finally playing well.
We know what our offense can do.

I still think our best is better than theirs -- but Bill has them playing their best right now.

Also, Big Ben should just retire right now, before the 4th quarter.

The NFL is unwatchable at times. 5 consecutive "judgment" calls/non-calls go against the Bills.

If you play against Brady, the rules change.

Bills should have gone for it on 4th and 2 in OT. I'm not giving the ball back to Brady in OT.

Diggs definitely got interfered with in the end zone. Bills, should have had first and goal at the half yard line. Then in OT Diggs got held again. I don't remember if that was 2nd or 3rd down.
I also thought Fournette got stopped on 3rd and 1. Then you have the PI call for Mike Evans.

Brady, is clutch. He made some great throws last night but it seems like the calls and breaks always end up going his way.

Brady is a star, and all stars get favorable BS calls, including Mahomes and the Chiefs.

I do think that Brady probably has the best understanding of the rulebook of any player and then combine that with the long leash to chew officials' asses.

Please.
Not to the level of Brady.
Case in point: the AFC championship in KC in 19 or the Superbowl last season.
