They very well could be and probably are , I just think we get a very slanted take on the scenario and I feel like ous feels just as inconvenienced by it as the people. I think he forgets customer relations are the gig he chose.

A broken pipe was likely caused by frozen weather. So in a sense this was a natural disaster.

If it was some other natural disaster like a flood or a hurricane or something like that, how should that he handled? Is it appropriate to accuse the hotel of personally creating a hurricane just to inconvenience yall?

I don’t know if there’s a good answer to that.

its not a natural disaster. It freezes every year in the rockies, often and predictably. Thats just poor maintenance and winter preparation by the property management company if that was the cause.

They dont freeze underground if they are properly installed and inspected. If they didnt freeze last year they probably aren't going to freeze this year. Underground is not where you typically have freezing pipe/pipe bursting problems.
