I tend to have a few words I like to start with.
The BUD insists on a new word every time - which, if you think about it, has a greater chance of getting the guess in 1 or 2 - but then the risk of 5, 6 or none.

I’ve started to branch out a little bit, because clearly the guy is responding to everyone using the same 10ish words. It’s really all about the second guess anyway.

Today's is wild. I'm three guesses in and completely stumped for even making a smart fourth guess. I've never been stuck like this.

The nerd in me came through this morning as BUD had already guessed it and I said what sounded like the solution out loud after I tried it and she said are you sure it's spelled that way?
I went and showed her the word and it's linked description to the very popular Dungeons and Dragons low level creature.
