He didn't start and scored 39.
4th game this season he scored at least 32 points.

LA Melo plays for the Lakers.
My guess is not too many people on here know LaMelo's middle name is LaFrance.

Booker and Donicic are having better seasons but he definitely deserves an All Star spot.

This may seem an inane comment to some, but I really appreciate gutter responding to me. This board has a certain niche and it’s not always welcoming to new posters (or old ones too, maybe, as evidenced by this being gutters 7th profile?). Anyway, thanks.

As for Wiggins, I think it’s cool, dude is finally surrounded by enough talent that he can blossom.

Maybe. Maybe not. My guess is probably not.
He may be a top 3 vote getter in the West for the FANS votes but the players and the media get a say in it too.
Will be interesting to see where he goes in the "draft". I'm confident it won't be top 10.
No matter where he is drafted, I'm happy for him it's looking like he's going to be playing in his first all-star game - in of all places - Cleveland (the team that drafted him).
the way they had been doing it is the 10 top vote guys are the starters. they draft from the pool of 10 first, and after the starters are set, they draft the remaining players. so if wiggs gets the fan vote he will be a starter
Fan vote is only 50% of starters. 25% current players. 25% media.

Reserves are chosen by the 30 nba coaches.

Without decent chunks of the 25% current players and 25% media, Wiggins will have a hard time making it this year. But i am more confident than ever that he will eventually be an all star.
Wiggins named a starter in the all star game. told ya

That means he got a decent amount of love from players/coaches.

Awesome!

just imagine if embiid would've been healthy... and maybe if the year those 2 came in we would've had a few good upperclassman around.

Couldn't be happier for Maple Jordan. Finally got to jerk the All-Star game Stank 'Em off his back.

For those who don't understand the reference....

I think it has less to do with love and more with respect and analysis of the game. If it was about love the team would be composed of the wives of players and coaches....or perhaps their mistresses...ha ha.
