What producer/s at Fox decide it's a great idea to continuously blow Rittenhouse when there are literally at least a million other people they could have Tucker interview and a million other topics they could discuss?

We’ve been doing too long for me to be shocked, but the “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall” party becoming what it has is still shocking.

Let's state the obvious. Zelensky wouldn't play ball with trump. Now he needs to be made an example. The trumpublicans are all in on the revenge/grievance thing. NATO is next. A bunch of sore losers ready to blow up the world because they lost.

I cannot wait for whatever minor inconveniences we suffer in the US (temporarily high gas prices?) are given the full "mask mandate" / my freedums treatment.

At least temporarily high gas prices would be like, some actual material detriment? And an economic one, which is often the most significant type of detriment.

Mask mandates were and are not a detriment economically, but only a slight personal inconvenience (framed as freedum) offset by the utility of basic health precautions, pandemic be damned.

Not even sure why I felt the need to differentiate, except that maybe this falls once again into the long list of Q not knowing which detriments are really worth getting outraged about.

Or, perhaps it’s to distinguish what sorts of consequences of military force abroad could equate to some assault on mah rights back at home.

Now I’m really musing, but what if today’s freedum crowd was around when the heightened airport security measures were imposed after 9/11? Were there any magaheads back then, or still now, refusing to take their shoes off and such?

No, because terrists. Magaheads hate terrists, and people that look like terrists, or have names that sound like terrists, and so on.

i don’t really think it woulda mattered to the anti-intellectual, anti-science knuckle draggers
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Aid and comfort to the enemy. My patience is done with those republicans crippling the United States. These assholes made the United States reel from COVID by denying even basic public health concepts. They have been sucking up to every crazed dictator. They even tried to overthrow the government--and still are. Sedition is ugly, but we clearly need to stop the Russian propaganda right now.
