I'll die on the island.
We didnt play our best but we weren't "out coached".

We missed key shots, including free throws, against a good team on the road.

Some here thought we would loose by four games to the team we just lost on the road to.

I wouldn't mind seeing someone else as the KU HC soon.

soft on the road. Missed layups, missed FTs and as soon as a team makes a run on them they fold.

This team has first week upset written all over it. An underdog will hang around, get the neutral crowd behind them and I have zero faith this team has the stones to over come that.

Pretty crazing coming on here and dissing the winningest coach since 2003 in all of bb. Everyone wants championships, but you need to have six favorable matchups in a row, decent officiating, and no injuries

We couldn’t defend their small lineup. It’s pretty simple.

Can’t run when you let teams score at-will. Baylor ran the same shit over and over with Sochan.

Nah. We will lose to a talented team like Baylor in the S16 or E8 when we make zero adjustments to defend a small lineup that renders Dave useless.

We’ve seen it before.

Left Dave in when Dave was not able to run. Dave was getting rebounds, but normally would have had a monster game tonight. He had no ups.

Wilson 2-10
Harris 0-6
Braun 6-13
McCormack 4-11
Och 8-22

That's why we lost. Not coaching. Even when we jumped out to a big lead we never shot well.

We shoulda been up 24 when we were up 13. And then if we make a couple FTs and a couple missed layups, we win.

They are fine. Wish this had been an afternoon game. Honestly the Big 12 needed Baylor to do something positive.

That’s the other part that’s infuriating. Self wanted Dave to guard a small lineup with a bum foot. Disaster.

If Self wants to play the BIG advantage fine but the other four players either have to give him the ball and Dave has to score or get fouled every single time.
That isn’t an advantage at all because we are so poor in pick and roll and you never know what kind of spastic move Dave is going to make.

I thought KJ gave great minutes but he played zero in the second. Yes, has been playing his best ball he had one bad play and sat the rest while Self’s ‘guys’ Harris and Wilson combined for 2-16.

If i'm not mistaken, you, doyel, said Baylor would win the league by 4 games?
Just wanted to ask you about that.
Still on bored with that comment?

Absolutely. Harris alone made a huge negative difference. He was over matched. Yes should have played over him.
