Heart may be in the right place with some of this stuff, but she needs fact checked nearly as much as the president.

I'm all for cleaner energy and being more green....but no cars is pretty unrealistic. In general, she's pretty unrealistic.

Re: cars, yeah they’re a pretty integral part of our infrastructure, lifestyle, commerce, etc.

So the question isn’t really no cars, but rather efficient cars.

And didn’t Trump recently roll back efficiency regulations for auto manufacturers?

You can move towards independence from fossil fuels without banning cars... and i didn't say independence from fossil fuels is unrealistic.

A smart guy once told me innovation is an amazing, wondrous thing....so innovate. Make more cars that are electric or something else that doesn't require gas/oil.

You think the people in rural united states are going to have trains and public transportation everywhere the need to go? Some people I work with travel 30min to work everyday from nearby small towns. It's unrealistic to think individual vehicles can be eliminated. Not everyone lives in NY or Chi or DC where there is good public transportation options.

I'm good with it, as long as it's going to make a difference. The problem is we are just 1 country...what happens when most others don't follow suit?

That's obviously going to be an issue with nearly everything environment related... but still not an excuse to do/try nothing.
