Murray State 18-0 in conference.
South Dakota State 18-0 in conference.
What would their records be in the Big 12?

0-18?

kidding. Havent seen either team play. I'm sure they are good enough to win some games in the big 12. 18-0 aint easy no matter what conference, cause your entire league has you scouted out and is trying to perfect the recipe on how to beat you.

thats what is crazy for KU in the big 12 slate, teams are constantly scouting what works and tweaking eachothers recipe for how to make life hard for KU

Today's edition of wtf?
Nebraska finished 4-16 in conference.
Nebraska beat PSU at PSU, #23 OSU at OSU, and #10 Wisco at Wisco to go 3-0 in conference this week.

Um, how about Georgetown riding a 20 game losing streak into the Big East tournament?

Providence is awarded the Big East at 14-3.

Villanova finished 16-4 and beat Providence TWICE.

14-3 is a higher win percentage than 16-4. Right?

Baylor finished with the most wins last season with 4 fewer games.
No one could catch them.
I get why they deserve the B12 title - there was no other outcome other than Baylor winning with the remaining games.

With Providence, you have 3 games remaining, of which they could loose all 3.
Nova deserves the title imo.

TAKE IT TO THE POLITICS BORED, BUT:

The conferences should have adopted rules that, unless your team and staff is 100% vaccinated, you get an L for any games missed because of Covid issues within your program.

Damn the officiating this season. Just watching random games, it's so bad. The charges need to stop. I don't care about secondary vs primary defender. The rules are fine. The refs just seem to want to call charges every time. It's never been this bad

I don't know what games you are referring to but in regards to refs calling (or not calling) charges every time......
I watched the 4th Quarter of the New Trier / Glenbrook South game Friday night. I felt the officiating was atrocious. Both ways. Worst NON-call was with less than 30 seconds left in the game and a GBS kid literally ran into and "trucked" a 100% stationary NT kid. I'll try and find the video.
Yesterday I spoke with two guys who were at the game that both played college basketball. One in the 80s. One in the 00s.
I asked their opinion. One said the refs assumed NT was going to intentionally foul so they blew the whistle. Ok, but that's kind of like assuming a coach is/was going to call time out so they blow the whistle to stop play before the time out is called.

All that being said, I put the over/under at 4 in regards to NCAA Tournament games in which the refs will fuck over a team to the point of it being the difference between a W and an L.

As much as I would selfishly like to see the man coach his last game in person, this is complete bullshit.
He's actually campaigning to play in Chicago? Child please!

I'm as sick of the Coach K show as anyone, but this seems like a nothing story. Every team with a shot at a #1 seed gets to submit their preference of what region they want to be placed in should they be the #1 overall seed. No doubt KU and Bill Self have made their choice as well.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised to see the committee put Duke in Chicago anyway just for the storyline. Especially now that Duke's chances at a #1 seed aren't looking so hot.

Clueless me didn't realize Duke still has a slim chance to be a 1 seed.
I'm assuming K might rather be a 2 in Chicago than a 1 elsewhere.
