My point was that, more generally, Richard is actually in the stratosphere of realistic canddiates.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Mar 10, 2022 11:40 amSenior. Ju Howard might be looking for a job. Nice massive choke job today. Up 17 with about 11 minutes to play and lost by 5. I could have done that. Did their bubble burst? Probably not.

Kind of bizarre how much the TCU/UT game mirrored the UM/IU game.

Don’t know if Auburn is just cold, but man are they struggling. Getting smoked by an average A&M team.

An Auburn loss would seem to suggest we're a win tonight away from being locked into the 1-line.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 11:41 am Don’t know if Auburn is just cold, but man are they struggling. Getting smoked by an average A&M team.

I kinda would argue we're already locked into a 1. I think KU is the #3 overall seed right now. Baylor is #4. Baylor gets leapfrogged if Duke, Kentucky or Wisconsin advance to their championship.jfish26 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 12:38 pmAn Auburn loss would seem to suggest we're a win tonight away from being locked into the 1-line.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 11:41 am Don’t know if Auburn is just cold, but man are they struggling. If - and it’s a big if - the committee really does look primarily at wins, Duke isn’t moving into the 1 line.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 12:54 pmI kinda would argue we're already locked into a 1. KU is a 1-seed lock with a win tonight.

Duke's resume is such light work.
Sucks almost as bad as Scott Drew.

Re: 2022 CBB Season
I think KU could be the 2nd overall 1 seed if they win the Big 12 tourney and Zona doesn’t win the pac 12. This would give KU a path of Fort Worth and San Antonio to get to the F4.

Re: 2022 CBB Season
I think we have to win tonight to be locked in. Right now we have a nearly identical resume as Baylor. Same record. Same Quad 1 record. Tied in the regular season. Split head to head. One more Q1 win feels like it would seal the deal.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 12:54 pmI kinda would argue we're already locked into a 1. I think KU is the #3 overall seed right now. I think this as well. I’m also not sure winning the PAC 12 would/should do it for Arizona. Particularly if we will have picked up another win over Tech.
Also - and I know I’m not allowed to question the narrative - our wins would be miles and miles and miles better than Gonzaga’s.

That we would even be in the convo for #1 overall shows how wide open this is (and how down it is).
Arizona does have the win in Champaign. We have nothing like that.

They're going to try and put Duke in Chicago because it's hometown of rat.

Hypothetically beating duke in the Elite Eight in Chicago is so delicious that I could go ahead and die before the F4 game and be happy.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 1:19 pmThey're going to try and put Duke in Chicago because it's hometown of rat.

Man, Auburn is trending in the wrong direction at the wrong time of the year.

I think our and Baylor’s resumes are clearly the best. And we’re not done stacking wins.
