we need this win. the BIG 12 has been an awesome dogfight these last 5 years or so. we need to give the rest of the league the double kid rock middle finger we’re #1 salute.

That might have just ensured we loose.

It doesn’t seem like we need the win, which is nice.
Tech is very very good, but not nearly as scary away from Lubbock.

I will say it's infuriating that they're now making their bones off the Huggins/Morgantown playbook of fouling every possession because they refs can't possibly call all of them. And Tech takes it a step further with shameless, brazen, boastful charge-whoring.
Not a team built for a national tourney.

I also anticipate fading Tech in my brackets. I can't ignore how much of their (very good!) metrics are reliant on an outlying home court advantage.

I guess we are going to test your “tt can’t win away from home without home cooking from the refs because they play too rough and scare me” theory this evening.

they don’t scare me. and I reckon they don’t scare the boys wearing white tonight.

maybe you shouldn’t watch. it’s gonna be rugged BIG 12 big boy ball.

Bill Self has won the B12 title and B12 tourney title in the same year nine times.

No other school in the B12 has done it more than once.

Ochai is the 5th player to win B12POY and B12 tournament MOP.

I think I heard something along those lines.

How many B12 tourneys has their coach won?

prophetic. 32 to 13 free throws, and what, like 2 in the final minute?
