There are so many similar feelings to 2018 when Devonte' tired out down the stretch, especially with shooting, and we needed Malik to pick us up.

The only one of the 4 left playing, I would assume.

Go ahead and drop a 40 piece McNugget on PC to put fresh in the voters' minds, Och.

As long as he isn't taking long 2 pointers, which he's one of the worst in the NCAAs shooting percentage wise in that category.

Shoot 3s, drive for layups/dunks and post up and use his size against smaller guards and rebound like he did in the 2nd half and he'll be fine.

Which to me is encouraging. The last four games of the regular season and then the first game of the Big 12 tourney was the longest stretch of games where Agbaji shot less than 50%. His longest streak prior to that was 2 games. It's been three straight now so I think that with this long break that we'll see more of what we are used to from Ochai. And now Providence has to game plan for Martin, which will hopefully open some holes for Agbaji.

Well I shouldn't say ordinary. Hes been good, but by his standards, I'm still waiting for him to explode for like 30

Are you referring to his steal and dunk late in the game where the pass missed it's mark by about 10 feet? That seemed more like a right place, right time play over making a great play, lol.

I also could be misremembering something, Saturday got a little blurry in the late afternoon.

Still the play of the day, i'd say.
53 seconds, only up by one.
Then DMac's block with 33 seconds left, up by three.

Free throw our way to a win after that.

demoralizing
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

"What are you seeing from Ochai during this shooting slump?"

"The way that we play isn't isolation, it's getting shots off offense, the catch..Ed and his staff did a great job on him, they took away back doors, they took away lobs...they guard him with a 6'6 guy with length...we can look at it as a shooting slump but when you only take eight shots I don't think if I consider that slump...I know one thing, the lid will come off, and when it does, it'll be good for KU."
