Anyone know why OA was allowed to be the 1st person to touch the ball after being out of bounds on that play? Srs question.

Because he reestablished himself inbounds before touching it.

I thought that was the rule, but the St. Peter’s mustache guy went out of bounds crossing the lane, came back in caught a pass on the wing, and got a whistle. Announcers said can’t go out and come back in and receive a pass.

I didn't see the play by Saint Peters. Maybe he didn't get both feet down before he touched it.
