i don’t think ZC is going anywhere…wouldn’t at all be surprised by any of the others

it would be odd though, unless they’re told behind closed doors that they’ve been recruited over, that any of them would leave after just being part of this run

I think Clemence and Pettiford are locked in
Other than Cam, I think they all come back, and maybe even Cam too if Bill wants him. There's a ton of minutes up for grabs.

Remy 100%.
Braun 80%.
DMac 75%.
JWill 65%.
I'd flip Braun and JWill

I know where Braun is on draft boards, but JWill already tested the waters and seems more likely to leave.

Braun just watched the season Och had, and has to know, that's him next year if he stays.

But, last night is a good game to leave on, so it obviously increased each persons % somewhat.

Theres a chance Remy, mitch, Dave, ochai, jcl, braun, and Wilson are all gone.

Dajuan is the only big minutes guy that I would guarantee is back. Lots of playing time available. Not sure why anyone would leave.

Its people that get beat out next year that could be transferring away

Does NIL money persuade any fringe pros to stay? Could someone like Wilson make more being the face of Crown Toyota or something like than going the route of Dotson?

I can't imagine Cam Martin transferring to KU from a D2 school and agreeing to redshirt for a year just to transfer out. But I guess you never know. The more I see from people in the know suggests MJ Rice will be in Lawrence next year. They've been waiting for something like a G-League offer and it never came.

I could see both Jalen and Braun leaving but my gut instinct is one of them leaves and one of them stays but not sure which is which. Jalen tested the waters before but Braun has more buzz. Maybe Braun looks at what Och did this year and wants to be that guy next season.

I think Cam deserves a season where he can play. And with Clemence/Adams + the guys coming in, it's hard to see. But, stepping on the court at AFH, even in a limited reserve role, isn't nothing.

I think this is the most likely lineup at least at first glance. Although I could see Clemence starting over Udeh.

I'd just really like KU to be the team with a bunch of tall white dudes who can't miss from 3 for once, lol.

I tend to agree. It's what Self always does. Brings freshmen bigs along slowly. I think Clemence stays too. I think he knows he has some serious opportunity to play. KJ going to be the next Jalen, a worst shooter but better at a lot of other stuff like rebounding and defense. The 5 spot is open and Clemence was a bit more of a banger down low than what I thought.

Definitely a step up in defense. And if he becomes an even better rebounder than Jalen, that's awesome, because Jalen is an outstanding rebounder.

Dave with two healthy feet sounds good.

But I also do want Clemence, KJ, and Udeh to stay here.

If Dave stays, Clemence or KJ are gone. I think I kind of want the long term play. You're not going to repeat. Too many fresh faces, especially at the guard positions.

I'd like to see what Yesufu can do with a longer leash. I think there's a decent chance he transfers, but I am hoping not.

Harris
Yesufu
Dick
KJ
Clemence

Rice and either Pettiford or Cuffe off bench on perimeter.
Martin or Udeh off bench in front court.

If I had to put money on it I would guess Yesufu is gone and Bill will pick up a combo guard from the portal.
