I swear I saw Zuby in the 90's, maybe an old recruiting profile page.

Even more reason not to be worried about the post depth. The backcourt depth is questionable and then we get to see if anyone transfers.

For once I agree with phd. We have a lot of big bodies for next season. Cam Martin is a wildcard, but hes a big experienced body that can shoot. Worst case scenario for him is seldom used depth.

KJ and clemence will play a lot next year, maybe together. Udeh is a prospect with massive upside that will probably back them up

And thats not even mentioning zuby ejiofor. Another top 50 prospect who could eventually be a damn good college player
Zuby is ranked in the 90's to 100's. He might be Muscadin.
No he is ranked 46th overall by both rivals and 247. 76th on espn. We both know those numbers are arbitrary, but he is a much better prospect than muscadin.

But he likely won't be a factor next year anyways. Just shows we have good depth at the post to have a top 50ish guy coming in that probably won't get minutes. But will hopefully stick around learn and develop for the future

Zuby has kind of quietly risen. Hes more skilled than people realize. Is pretty athletic. 6'8ish. Can potentially play either a forward or center role. Probably won't do much as a freshman. But the kind of recruit you want to keep around cause he should turn into a damn good college player. Good prospect

so I dunno if it's been mentioned, but the transfer deadline for immediate eligibility this year is May 1. Last year it was July 1.

The early entry deadline for the NBA draft is April 24.

I would like Pack myself. See if he can keep up the scoring.

Pack would be fine if he realized hed have a chance at being a bench guy.

I dont think hes down for that.

Pack is a SG in a PG body...he can shoot the hell out of the ball but gets abused a lot on defense.

Bingo. I think he's too small, especially next to Harris. He'd have to take a decreased role here.

Doesn't matter, though, his list of suitors is huge and reportedly Kansas is not one of them.

Interesting. This one would make sense while Pack wouldn't because Davis can actually play point guard effectively. And Jank will give Bill the lowdown.

Sounds a lot like Remy Martin.

Davis played his Freshman year at TCU, so he knows a little bit about the Big XII. Yesefu would probably transfer, but that might be best for all parties involved.

I like Yesufu, but there’s a lot less questions that Davis would put numbers up for us in 2023.

I’d be pretty shocked if we’re not in Davis’s ear right now.

This feels like our #1 target

Leading scorer, by a good margin, in AAC and POY in that league. Watching some of the clips on him, he looks like a gifted scorer off the bounce both driving and pulling up. That will translate--AAC one of the better mid-majors. See Houston and the talent that Memphis usually has.

He is also definitely a PG and has good vision and passing skills (7.6 APG as a Jr). Still not sure that Yesufu is a PG. Then just generally that I don't think anyone can disagree that Yesufu wasn't quite as ready to contribute here as we hoped.

yeah, good points.

Question marks about Yes as a PG.

And while there's the bird-in-the-hand argument going for Yes, that's also offset by the season's worth of him being not quite as ready as we hoped.

AAC is better than the MVC.
CPOY vs guy who was a back end of the rotation guy until injuries took out his team.
Jank connection.

I wouldn't give him Remy style savior expectations, but would still have him higher than Yesefu.

But, oddly enough, his role here would likely be much bigger than Remy's.
