so this chick randomly starts chatting me up. She hears I'm the fishing guy, and she wants in. She used to fish with her daddy all the time, misses it, and wants somebody to take her again.

this ain't the usual chakra crystal hippie chick, tho. This is a Cali chick, and a SoCal chick at that - bleach blonde, mani-pedi, designer wardrobe, the whole-nine-yards material girl.

She then mentions recently loosing her father. Whoa, sorry to hear that. She continues, yeah, it was a little unexpected. He died in a shootout with the cops.

Had to drive Mrs 99 to a dentist about an hour south of us to get a crown that fell out. Gonna be a couple of hours.

Small town Kentucky. I went to Olde Bus Stop for a great breakfast.

Now I'm in the worst waiting room ever. There's a cheap teevee set on top of a portable fake fireplace. They have the teevee cranked to 11 playing some weird new "country " "music " / hip hop. WTF? Merle is turning over in his grave.
