soo the first cop's radio didn't work, the security cameras didn't work, the trains weren't stopped, $10+ billion dollar nypd budget bigger than most other country's entire military, cops supposed to be all over the subway stations, yet some dood wearing a gas mask still shot the place up and walked right out still at large.

better give even more money to the cops, I guess.

A black person was the shooter so it is getting top billing on FoxNews as they look for the "masked madman".

Other than for identification purposes what does it matter the color of the shooter?

It shouldn't.

But fox covers it more when it's a black or brown shooter....and cnn seems to cover it more when it's a white male shooter.
