I also thought HOF coaches had to have season long farewell tours to get their ego stroked.

Good for him to leave the game before life outside of basketball passed him by and also not worrying about some pathetic farewell tour.

Well, this sucks. The only silver lining is that the tournament just got easier. I'm very surprised by this news.

He just wanted to retire with the best record against Self.

well, now I feel kinda bad talking about putting his head on a pike. Im sorry CR, Jay didn't understand it was only metaphoric, I shouldvebeen more clear...I didnt expect it to end his career.
