you’re absolutely right…you can’t stop them

so why in the world would you want to criminalize them and go back to making them unsafe?

Why do you think I would do that??? (That's the last thing I would want to do.)

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Yes, you're being hysterical.

1) Roe has not been overturned (yet?). It was a draft.

2) 70% of the country supports a woman's right to choose. 78% of Dems. 49% of Pubs. That number is increasing by the day.

man, it’s too bad there is no difference or distinction between being hysterical and being concerned about the ideological direction and leanings of the SCOTUS…sigh

That's not what your article was about.

You're being hysterical about things that are highly unlikely to happen. It's been going on for 6ish years. And most, if not all, never happen.

Plenty to be outraged and hysterical about, but you consistently choose hysteria of the unknown, typically driven by articles designed to get that exact reaction out of you.

Roe possibly being overturned is hysteria worthy, unless it is done in a way that still protects a woman's right to choose. We will have to wait and see what happens.

Most of us are in full support of a woman's right to choose. And we will make damn sure that right exists.

Illy: “Don’t be hysterical. The house isn’t burned down yet. Number of people who don’t want to the house to be burned down is very high”

Trad is being hysterical. He's posted about condoms becoming illegal.

Even if Roe is overturned, the extreme conservatives when it comes to abortion are still under institutional and political restraints that prevent them from undoing things like same sex marriage or contraceptives or sodomy, even if they wanted to. States would have to take it on directly for it to make it's way up the courts. Even a justice who wanted to overturn those various rulings would not have the opportunity to do so without state legislation enacted to outlaw those things.

I'm beginning to think maybe it's not just an act and you really have no idea how hypocritical you are.

These are the "2 facts" you posted? :?

1. If it's one or the other, is it "Roe" or "Wade" that may be overturned? I'd probably go with Roe too but....

2. Where do these numbers come from? Clearly they are a "guesstimate". Don't think so?
Were you polled? I wasn't.
Were children ages 1 day old to 13 years old polled? Etc.. etc.

1) Roe. Wade. You got the point.

2) MICHHAWK and I went to the mall and polled 10 people. Science.

and now I'm sitting here wondering...if a cop brutalized a pregnant chick to the point it terminated her pregnancy, would the cop be on the hook under that new TX law?
