I give the edge just barely to Luka.
Tatum is a better player on both ends but Luka's offensive game is better than Tatum's.
Steph's peak is the highest of all three because of how dangerous he can be if locked in.

I think all 3 are decent defenders, with Tatum being the best.
But Tatum is put on better opponents more often than the other two.

I want to say all 3 are in the top 20 in defensive rating.
