My opinion is that both moves are petty ane unnecessary. And that the country looks more foolish because of the moves by each. Can i have a fucking opinion that isnt the same as everyone elses? Nowhere in my statement did i bring up any funding or shutdown or anything of the like. Criminy.

One seems petty because you don't like the person who delivered it. One is petty because it was done for no other reason than to be a dick. It's that you ignored the difference in the funding of the agencies involved that is the problem. Not that you mentioned them.

Sure, you're entitled to have an opinion. No one is trying to have you arrested for speaking your mind. Just understand that we are also entitled to have and share an opinion about your shared opinion. The freedom to speak your mind that you desire extends to us as well.

The country doesn't look like anything over these two petty moves. The country looks foolish for electing an incompetent, childish moron because "screw those libtards".

I dont necessarily pelosi. I dislike trump more than i dislike pelosi. I just dont think either of those "power moves" did anything to accomplish getting the government back to work. I thought they were both middle school tactics. Obviously we disagree, which is fine.

To be fair Tdub I don't think you are like others on here and I give you the benefit of the doubt on what you were trying to say and I probably went too far. My only problem with Z was that i was simply stating an opinion which he proceeded to tell me my opinion was wrong (which,whatever, we all do it to some degree) by pointing put "facts" which i wasnt trying to reference at all.


I just always love the "you can have an opinion - but, heres why you cant have an opinion" approach.

There is a solid factual basis in governing principles for what Pelosi did; Trump exposed security operations and potentially put people's life in danger. So, yes there is a difference. One is definitely "Boss move" and the other is definitely "petty" and weak.
