Trolls.
I ignore a few of you for a few days and you get bored so you start fishing for arguments. So predictable.

Does anyone think that this is not going to become a regular thing with these dumb fucks?

Re: Violence
Probably won't happen in Michigan. They're too busy trying to kidnap the governor.

Watching GOP voters run anyone who opposed Trump out of office does not give me hope that we are moving past the Trump era.

In a way Trump still thinks he IS the President. Isn’t that wacko?

Re: Violence
I don't care what that scum bag thinks.
What is wacko is that he would probably have a good chance of winning in 2024 if he ran again for President.

I have a stronger feeling you're 100% wrong about this not becoming "a regular thing".
Just ONE example.

Re: Violence
if I may respond to you in a less smartass way than I responded to illy:
it applies to this thread here too, though.
It's the "paradox of tolerance:" the self-contradictory idea that intolerance must not be tolerated. Otherwise, a society with unlimited tolerance will eventually leave itself vulnerable to being overtaken by the intolerant.
let's not allow it here, nor anywhere else.
Re: Violence
I don't think that recognizing that there are a far higher number of these kooks than one would initially believe is becoming "tolerant" to their intolerant behavior. It's just an acknowledgement that people of this mindset exist at a far higher number than I think anyone ever really knew or admitted and that today's technological and political environment is giving these people an ability to come together as a fucked up community of like minded kooks.ousdahl wrote: ↑Wed Jun 15, 2022 10:06 amif I may respond to you in a less smartass way than I responded to illy:

Re: Violence
The last 6 years have dramatically changed my opinion of our human society in general. It is plainly obvious that we have not evolved to the point that I thought we had. There is still so much ignorance, bigotry and hatred out there. And the rise of social media has, instead of shining a harsh light on it causing it to shrink, turned it into a celebrated form of performance art for many.RainbowsandUnicorns wrote: ↑Wed Jun 15, 2022 9:55 amI have a strong feeling some of "these types" live in (or at least very close to) your town.MICHHAWK wrote: ↑Wed Jun 15, 2022 9:07 ami thought idaho was the wild west.Overlander wrote: ↑Tue Jun 14, 2022 10:00 pm Seriously, when 31 fucktards load up in a uhaul with full riot gear show up in a peaceful resort town with the plan to March down the Main Street scaring the fuck out of folks…..

Saw that. Might be a blessing in disguise. That or next time a Dem doesn't win they'll claim this guy rigged the election even if it isn't.
Can't wait to see how it turns out.
