It's easy to let Och's success story completely overshadow CB's, but it's almost equally impressive that this kid became a 3 year player, 2nd best player on a natty team and a first round draft pick. Self is absurd.

But I am not giving ALL the credit to Self for a guy like CB's development. Most of that credit goes to the player.

I give Self a TON of credit for being able to identify players like CB though.

Maybe this has already been discussed, but I check the internet for Christian Braun this morning (having not looked at anything NBA yesterday) and the top story is about his mom. I guess she made quite an impression.
