Re: Uncle Joe
numbnutz accusing anyone else of trying too hard is high-larious
i’ll have some of what he’s smoking

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?
Re: Uncle Joe
99 accusing others of being Trumpers when he lives in Kentucky and has been accused by Cascadia of being a trumper himself, is the definition of trying too hard.

Re: Uncle Joe
This kind of celebration of ignorance and incompetence is the reason why we are the greatest country in a waste paper basket. Not voting for a criminal sexual assaulter I get. But…….it’s this kind of thinking which has resulted in a hack SCOTUS

If our options in 24 are Biden and Trump again....we are in bigger trouble than we are now.

Let's hope it's neither.BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 9:04 amIf it is Biden vs Trump neither will get my vote.RainbowsandUnicorns wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 8:57 amSo if he runs for re-election you will vote for ANYONE other than him? Trying too hard old kentuck.
He is not better than my "guy". My "guy" was a girl who'd have been far superior to rumblin bumblin stumblin Joe....but she was gone before I could vote for her so Joe got my vote.
Joe won't get my vote again.
This woman is one of the current "faces" of the Republican party. Let that sink in for a while.

the problem, though, isn’t just in those two candidates
across the board, the old guard needs to let go of their respective parties and usher in younger generations
mcconnell, pelosi, schumer, mccarthy…they all need to go

"Come on maaan" is your not realizing and accepting that those notes were very typical in regards to prepping the President.BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 9:09 amI'm sure you're well versed in prepping Presidents for meetings. That was not what I would consider an "agenda". It was directions that appeared to be written for an elementary school student.
Those were very basic instructions, not an agenda.
YOU are Joe Biden.
YOU are the President.
YOU are in a room.
YOU thank participants.
YOU say hello.
Come on maaaan.
Speaking of "very basic instructions" for a President......
Would you like me to tell you what Jeremey Katz had to do for GWB (and then Trump in a different capacity)?

Trump had notes to remind him to appear empathetic to kids that survived a school shooting.
See the difference?
Re: Uncle Joe
100% agree on all accounts. The Democratic Party specifically needs to shake loose of all these old timers and let the next wave of younger leaders take their place. And no, AOC is not in that next wave.KUTradition wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 10:33 am the problem, though, isn’t just in those two candidates

I don't feel it's so much whataboutism as it is trying to show and explain to you that Biden's notes (in which it appears are written for senile monkey to read and interpret) aren't unusual.BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:13 amLOLtwocoach wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 10:41 amhttps://www.theguardian.com/us-news/201 ... -survivorsBasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 9:09 am

No, it's that notes to remind someone what the itinerary is are different that notes to remind someone to act like a human and thusly, aren't the embarrassment Illy wants them to be. Also, Illy is only posting this nonsense because Trump got made fun of for this so to see him call out "whataboutism" is hilarious.RainbowsandUnicorns wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:27 amI don't feel it's so much whataboutism as it is trying to show and explain to you that Biden's notes (in which it appears are written for senile monkey to read and interpret) aren't unusual.BasketballJayhawk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:13 amLOLtwocoach wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 10:41 am

Dude, the notes tell him to say hello and say thank you. That's reminding him to act like a human.twocoach wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:47 amNo, it's that notes to remind someone what the itinerary is are different that notes to remind someone to act like a human and thusly, aren't the embarrassment Illy wants them to be. Trump isn't the universal bar of approval. He may be for you, but he isn't for me.
